Since working out with Kim I have made progress not only in the
area of fitness, but in my diet as well. Kim begins with an
overall assessment of your health, interests, diet, personality,
current fitness regime, work schedule, and goals. She takes all
of these factors into account when prescribing a training
program. Each time I see Kim she is enthusiastic, motivated,
and has set up a different plan for the workout. The workouts
are never the same, which keeps them fresh and challenging. I
am very impressed with her knowledge, her upbeat personality,
and her efforts at really getting to know her clients and help
them achieve their goals.
I often ask questions about diet and recipes and she has been
very helpful in encouraging me to make improvements in food
choices. I plan on continuing to train with Kim and would highly
recommend her.

Kim is a phenomenal trainer. Every time we work out I learn
something new and am always challenged. As a former collegiate
athlete with lingering injuries, I am always worried about
re-injuring myself. With Kim I don't have to worry about that at
all! In fact, I find that I am physically healthier than when I
was in college. Her enthusiasm is infectious, and even if you
don't feel like working out when you get there within 5 minutes
of warming up you are ready to go! Kim has given me a new

Kim is an exceptional trainer. I had the privilege of working
with her, most importantly, during my pregnancy. I have worked
with a variety of personal trainers in my life time, however,
none as knowledgeable and driven as Kim. She approached my
training in a confident, yet careful approach focusing on a
variety of workouts that met not only my needs, but also my
physical restrictions as my pregnancy progressed. I never felt
over worked or unsure about any of the exercises given to me.
Further, my delivery was smooth, quick and without
complication. My delivery even impressed my doctor who gave all
the credit to my physical condition at the time of delivery.
